Recommendations
Following recommendations are put forward which would be more
beneficial for the project and its progress:
a.
The respondents still feel shaky when they are told that after
sometime they will have to run their organization by themselves.
Whereas they are not still sure whether they would be able enough
to do it or not, so proper training in this respect is needed
to be imparted to the members of organizations, so that the progress
of the project should be sustainable.
b.
The male organizations should be made more operational because
it is felt that when the males are involved in the project, they
do not feel hesitant about the female participation.
c.
The officials of the project should also emphasize on the importance
of education and health aspects of the females, because with more
education and improved health status, the females can contribute
a lot in the betterment of domestic economy and welfare of their
children.
d.
Social mobilization should also be from the community, so that
the mobilization should continue even after the cessation of formal
contacts of officials from the project scheme.
